After suffering a near fatal health scare herself in 2012, the importance of providing support to low-income individuals plagued by disease has become even more glaring and now very personal. Working for TIP is an extension of Ms. Elangwe\u2019s desire to ensure that low income individuals are able to enjoy their basic human rights, in this case the right to health.<\/p>\n
Ms. Elangwe is a graduate of University of Buea, Cameroon with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., Honors), University of Yaound\u00e9 II, Cameroon with a Maitrise en Droit and Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis IN with a Master of Laws (LL.M., Cum Laude). She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at UMES.
